I have been learning about my family's history and have done DNA testing! A few members of my family have tested as well.
This sight is so Amazing! I'm a silly sentimental sap and I like to believe that there are Angels among us! FAG has become very useful for me & if I can I will help others too! I'm a member of the group on Facebook called DNA Detectives created by CeCe Moore to assist people in locating family members that have been separated since birth or a bit after from biological family members such as foundlings (babies/ children abandoned on doorsteps/in dumpsters etc.) given up for adoption, gone missing,switched at birth and even just having a relative that is a brick wall/hard to locate... I'm not a professional, just a volunteer that can assist with some information look ups but there are professionals in the group that you can be directed to and a lot of the people are willing to help by just paying it forward!
After doing some thorough research on my family I have dicovered connections to many Royal Houses in Europe which has been fun and exciting to learn especially since I have been able to see family resemblances!
Right now I'm unable to be a photograph contributor due to time and health issues but hopefully that will change in the near future!

I am related to all of the presidents of the US including Van Buren! I am still working on my tree and have an editor therefore I haven't caught up all of my names with sources but I'm getting there. Again feel free to ask any questions also I have my DNA on ancestry and on GED match.com
