Bio

I started collecting family history in 1982 when I went on a college Genealogy trip to SLC, UT. From that time and for the next 32 years, I did not work on it. I moved roughly 50 times and carried with me the binder of materials I had collected never giving them a second thought. Then, in January 2014, I started looking through it and decided to sign up for an online Genealogy service. It's been full steam ahead ever since. I have taken a family history trip through Central and Southern Illinois with my wife and parents and visited grave sites in Ohio. I owe Find A Grave and the members who have submitted photos and information a debt of gratitude for the help they've given me. It is my goal to help others and whenever I travel to a new cemetery I will check to see if anyone is in need of photos. God bless.
