I started genealogy in 1993 on my JUNOD family originating from Lignières, canton (State) of Neuchâtel, Switzerland and expanded with the years to all blood related and to finally include whoever is linked to an individual present in my "tree".

In the USA, I have JUNOD cousins initially established in Athens (OH), Neuchatel (KS) Vincennes, Knox Co. (IN), Van Buren twp, Lagrange Co. (IN) and Eau Claire (WI)... with descendants and allied families spread across the country.

Overall, this represents over 229'000 individuals across Europe, the USA, South America, Australia & Africa.

I am still looking for the descendants of Charles Louis JUNOD (born 8 Feb 1800 in Lignières) and his wife Marianne Sophie MONNIER who were part of the Red River settlement. They left Red River soon after their arrival (perhaps settled in Wisconsin ?). Any leads welcomed.
