I have always had a fascination for old family stories. "Inheriting" thirty years of pre-internet family research from one of my paternal grandmother's nieces back in 1999 led me to an ongoing subscription to ancestry.com. I enjoy history and am a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Maternal surnames: Zalud, Slama, Johnson.
Paternal surnames: Hall (Summers, Goode), Boyd (Pitts, Nolen, Gentry), Whitlow (Seals, Shockley, Tatum, Dewberry), Standifer (King, Elliot, Leath).
