In 1915 the NC Legislature created the State Forester position and thus began the NC Forest Service. The NC Forest Service is celebrated it's 100th year anniversary in 2015.
We are attempting to find all fallen NCFS employee's and volunteers and provide recognition of their service and dedication to the citizens of the great State of North Carolina.
