My Maternal great-grandfather was Thomas Franklin Schneider who built the Cairo Hotel causing the Building Heights Act of 1910. My Schneider Uncle has a family history in the rare book section of the Library of Congress. My relatives are buried all over DC. My paternal great-great grandfather Dawson invented many things and put the windows in the Washington Monument. I am very disappointed with Mr. Olivet Cemetery. With deed in hand, they would not tell me who was buried in the grave only would verify if I guessed correctly...some communion of saints! They need to change their policies.
