Bio

I have been tracing my family history for more than 40 years. In 2014, I attended a genealogy conference where the keynote speaker talked about sharing what you have, especially those one of a kind things like photos, family Bibles, letters, etc. that, if they disappear, are gone forever. I took this message to heart and have since made images of the family pages from my great great grandmother's Bible and sent them off to the state archives that posts such things on their website.

I have used Find A Grave for many years so thought of the gravestone photos that I have taken over the years. Some ancestors are already on Find A Grave, but others are not. So joining will allow me to share those photos with other researchers and family members. I also hope to add links to memorials of family members so users of Find A Grave can discover new family groupings.

I would also love to hear from any cousins who visit my memorial pages.
