Bio

I am new in the arena of ancestry research and Find a Grave volunteering. I so wish that I had begun this process 58 years ago when I was 12 and the family reunions were frequent. So much has been lost because of the lack of foresight of my youth.

I find that the process of finding and finding out about my familial ancestors is fascinating. I become so involved that I loose all track of time.

To those who are helping through FAG memorials and shared information, I am most grateful. My purpose in my find a grave work is to honor our ancestors, not just my family but those I happen across in my research who have not yet been remembered. For those who are not my family members, I look forward to putting their memorials in the hands of their family.

It is not my goal to collect memorials but to honor those who have gone before us. If I have a memorial for a family member and you are closer in line with them than I and have information to add I will happily transfer. I follow the FAG guidelines with respect to family relationship as well as the volume of information to be added.

To request a transfer please use the Edit Tab in the upper right hand corner of the memorial and in the "Suggest any other corrections or additions" option, please state your relationship with the ancestor and your request.
