I am the 6x Great Granddaughter of Jabez Puffer, who fought in the American Revolution for the state of New Hampshire. He was born in Sudbury, MA and was the son of William and Abigail Puffer. Jabez married Rachel Morse and together they had 10 children. Rachel, my 6x Great Grandmother was the daughter of Thomas Morse, who also fought in the Revolution. Jabez is memorialized in the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Sons of the American Revolution. I was accepted into the DAR in February 2015, an honor I appreciate as it took over two years to accomplish this goal. I did it to honor the name of my family, Puffer and to honor my Great-grandfathers who fought in the French & Indian War, The American Revolution, The War of 1812, The Civil War, WW II, The Korean War and The War in Vietnam.
