Bio

Hello from leafy Surrey. I left school at 15 and worked as an engine cleaner before becoming a steam locomotive fireman. When the diesels arrived, I left to join the Royal Air Force. I was in Libya for the British withdrawal following the country's revolution. I then had my own demolition and haulage company for 15 years. When I got ruined by the Customs and Excise, I became a demolition site manager (now retired). I've had a small amount of non-fiction writing published, but no success with any of my novels. I have four children and eight grandchildren. Always been married to the same girl and feeling fit for my many years, although my back has started to play up a bit now.
