I have just started researching my family history on behalf of my mother who turned 80 this year. I have found on your site details of my mother's Aunt who was Sylvia Jessi Baillie or Aunt Jessie to my Mum( her Dad's sister) she was a nun who entered Stanbrook Abbey at around 28 my Mum thinks. My Mum thinks she and her Dad may have come from Ireland but that's a guess and they were farmed out as children to work, don't know where. That's it, my Mum does not know her Aunt's birth date or her grandparents names. I would love a photo of her headstone at Stanbrook which may have her birth date and parents.
