Bio

Wikitree ID is Kilbury-5Buchheit, Fullerton, Kilbury, Abbott, Rimer, Samuelson, Sharp are family names.I have traced my family on my Fullerton side back to James "Alexander" Fullerton. He fought in the American Revolutionary War on the American side. He was originally from Scotland. Was murdered by the British as follows taken from a family document: Alexander was taken prisoner and released with several other prisoners. To feed them, the British gave them bread to take with them for food. The bread was baked with ground glass and lime (not the fruit)and all died either on route back to their homes or when they reached there (in Alexander's case). I have traced my family Kilbury back to John Kilbury. He fought in American Revolutionary War for the British Navy. Believe to have Scottish roots but came over from Southern England and settled in Vermont after the war. Guess he liked it here!
