Find a Grave ID

Bio

I give dead people their faces back. I buy old photos of named people at auctions, sales and flea markets and track down their burial places at Find a Grave.

I painstakingly research everyone I add, sometimes for days, weeks, even months before I enter the info. I even drive hundreds of miles to cemeteries to confirm a burial place. Unless I am 99.5% sure the info is correct, I don't use it.

I happily consider edits to any records. Please provide convincing documentation to support your edits, including at least two of the following: birth or death certificates, family Bible entries, newspaper obituaries, funeral cards, published biographies, or the like.

If I find additional genealogy information that could be helpful, I will usually post it in the "flowers and notes" area of the memorial.

If you would like your family archive of documents and photos added to Find A Grave and you live in the Miami County-Clark County area, contact me.

Some news clippings are from newspapers.com. Most are scanned from old papers, scrapbooks and loose clippings. Virtually all the clippings I attach to grave records are in the public domain by virtue of their publication date.
