Bio

I am originally from Greensboro,NC! After graduating from NC State University, I took a job and moved/lived in Milwaukee,WI for 3 years. I then joined the US Army and I was sent to dental hygiene school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for 2 years. I had duty at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC, then to Europe/Germany at Baumholder Dental Clinic for two years each stint. I finished my military career at Fort Bragg, NC. I currently live in Raleigh, NC and work as a dental hygienist. I also produce/host a local TV Show, The Raleigh Road Show, interviewing bands and musicians.

I first got on FAG to look up relatives in order to put together my bio/info for The Eastern Band of Cherokee, so that they could review my background to see if I qualify as Native American. I have found so much more on this site than I could have imagined; finding great, great, great grandparents just from linking and information given on this site.

The only complaint I have is that some of the folks on this site seem to be "keeping" profiles of several of my family members as if they are "soul" collectors. I imagine that some people have given a lot of time an effort to get information together, and I truly appreciate that from my heart... But, once a family member has contacted for taking care of the profile, I would hope and wish an individual would let that profile go.. Several people have done that here, and several people have not...
