My parents John and Grace (Boultinghouse) Mick managed the Laurel Theater along with the Stanley Theater. Downtown Bridgeton was a great place, their were police on the corners, the station was just up the street. We lived two blocks from the theater and we walked to and from daily, just like we had to walk to school.
