I am a lover of history, especially that of Arkansas, with a particular interest in Cleburne and Newton Counties. As a child, I spent as much time as possible with my grandparents. That generation knew by heart their family connections, it was a concern of theirs, they spoke of them often, and I was listening. At an early age I understood the importance of remembering those that have gone before, and to make it a point to know of them as much as possible. We are an actual part of them. Being able to find those graves and pay tribute to them is very important and this site is an excellent tool for such purpose.
