Bio

Born in Indianapolis and raised in Boggstown, Shelby County, Indiana, I am a native Hoosier. After 43 years in Stone Mountain, GA, I have moved back to Indiana and reside in Fishers, Hamilton County. I have three generations (beginning with my parents) on my father's side buried in Milford, New Hampshire, and four generations on my mother's side (beginning with her parents) buried in beautiful and historic Mt. Hope Cemetery in Rochester, New York.

I have worked on the genealogy my family and friends for about fifteen years including several visits to my father's family in Southern Italy. I am a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and attended my first of their conferences in St.Charles, MO, in 2015.
I have used information and photos from Find-A-Grave and appreciate all the volunteer and staff effort that goes into the website. I am happy to give back by photographing graves on request and researching cemeteries near my home and when I travel.

If I have listed a memorial to one of your ancestors, I am happy to transfer management to you. No one cares about a memorial like family. I have been working to have a Knowles family grave site repaired in Mt. Hope Cemetery. There have been many valuable results. First my ancestors' memorials may last for several more generations, second I have connected with other Knowles decedents/relative that I have not known before, and lastly, I have become acquainted with the Friends of Mt. Hope Cemetery. This non-profit, volunteer organization provides great support to the operations at the cemetery as well as families of those interred there.
