Memorials are created out of respect.

There's always more to learn about Find-a-Grave. If you find me doing something wrong, or it can be done better, by all means let me know. I am a bit of a taphophile, a tapho-photographer, and want to be a responsible member with Find-A-Grave.

It is not my goal to see how many memorials I can accumulate, but to fill in some details and link family members. I hope not to become a pain with my suggestions for edits. I want to see family members connected. I try to add pictures. I think it adds to have the date the photo was taken. I mean no disrespect to anyone having already posted a picture. I also try to add the GPS location to memorials.

I've had some very quick response to my suggestions. I thank you for your efforts. I do appreciate it.

My family connections are with Burras, Moffit, Coy, Seville, Carrick... and of course Baker.

Much of my information on Burras, Moffit, and Coy comes from Earl and Edna LaRonde's work.

I am originally from the suburbs of North Fairfield, Ohio. I lived a mile from the heart of the city. I have many friends and family members in the cemeteries there.

I served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War. I moved to the Fort Wayne, Indiana area in 1987. I am sadly acquiring more friends in the cemeteries here.

TRANSFERS: With any Findagrave memorial that I maintain, if you are a closer relative than I, I will transfer. If I have no connection and you have some connection (even friendship), I will transfer, as long as you do the same, and transfer freely as well.

PHOTOS: Feel free to use the photos I've taken however you would like. Just let me know that someone liked them enough to use. If you add a photo to a memorial that is much clearer than one I've added, please e-mail me with the memorial name & number and I will delete mine.

Perhaps someday my children will inherit some of this genealogy insanity.
