Born 1950 in NJ and grew up in small town of Martinsville, NJ. Went to Georgetown Univ., DC, in 1968 and Catholic Law School, DC, in 1972. Went to Ft. Campbell, KY, as an Army JAG 1976-1979. My Mom and Dad were married there after WWII in 1945. Worked for Justice Dept., Army CID, and DEA. In 1990 received an LLM in International Law from Geo. Washington Univ. Law School, DC. Retired from the Army Reserves in 2000 as an LTC. Retired from Uncle Sam in Jan 2015 after 38+ yrs. Have 4 adult children, Carene Lea Clark, Ryan Wesley Clark, Allison Lori (Clark) Gormier, and Kevin Francis Clark. Have traveled to many places all over the world with the Army, DEA, and personally (40 countries).
