My interest in family history started with my mother when I was 7 years old. Oh, would I have liked to have known more about my family when I was still a child!I am a Daughter of Acadians of Nova Scotia, the early American Settlers, Revolutionary War Veterans, Frontier Settlers, Oregon Trail Immigrants, survivors of the ill-fated Willie's 4th Company of Utah Handcart Pioneers, and Immigrants from Scotland, Ireland, Germany & England. They all came looking for a better life, and thanks to them, and the traces of what they left behind, they have given me a better life for sure.I hope my efforts will help lead others to their 'lost connections.'
