Bio

We live in the small East Texas town of Diana. We were blessed with two sons but had the misfortune of losing our youngest, Jason, in an automobile accident. Our hearts go out to anyone who has lost someone close and dear especially a child. As a parent you wish everyone could have known your child and you do not want anyone to forget them.

We joined FAG in May 2016 after a relative of ours discovered FAG through Ancestry and notified us of our sons memorial. We were thankful to FAG Contributor, MB, for adding him in 2001. It had been 13 years since he died and the only information the contributor knew was that he was a 13 year old boy. His marker at the cemetery has a picture of him in a red T-shirt. (This was his favorite school picture and red was his favorite color) The back of his marker is a scripture he had highlighted in his bible. We wish we had added to his marker that he is the son of Chester & Martha and brother to Craig. We wanted everyone to know more about him so we requested a transfer of his memorial to add pictures and additional information to his bio.

We try to connect families together, add pictures to memorials, and tell others about the FAG site so they can add information and pictures. There are some wonderful memorials on FAG and we thank everyone for this information that will remain years after we are gone.

A LOVE SONG
The mention of my child's name
May bring tears to my eyes.
But it never fails to bring
Music to my ears.
If you really are my friend,
Please, don't keep me
From hearing the beautiful music.
It soothes my broken heart
And fills my soul with love.
