My father, James Post Renfro, began this project of the Renfro family research back in the late 1980's, and worked diligently, until close to his passing in 2003. He had created binder books with tree information for each living relative and catered each per individual. I have my copy as well as his. I began entering all of his information onto Ancestry.com, and found that I simply couldn't stop. The interest and affinity for discovery not only peaked my interest, but has captivated my attention and free time for at least the last four years. My obsession to complete the most accurate and thorough job is, at best, dominated by my being a virgo, where perfection, determination, and tenacity and as of late, obsessive compulsive behavior, keeps me captivated. I am sure my father still guides me and smiles at all that I have accomplished.
