I grew up in Cody's NB on the homestead that was built by my gggg grandfather Richard Hetherington. I took care of the Codys NB cemetery for many years after my great uncle, Ralph Hetherington was no longer able to. One of my goals is to add everyone that was buried in the Thornetown (Codys) cemetery, every person buried there should be remembered. It's a time-consuming task, as many were interred there without headstones, so much research is needed.
I also love local history and I am an avid genealogist researching my family history.
