I am mainly researching Keahey, Powell, Reeves and Reynolds family trees. But am also interested in the members of the Stephens-Townsend-Murphy party that crossed the Sierras in 1844. They were the first party to successfully bring wagons across the Sierras and established the California Trail which would be followed by thousands of emigrants over the next 20+ years.
