I think that the memories of a person captured in photos should be shared. My pictures are from family albums and other public sources. I am trying to link families together for others and sharing their information before it is lost forever by the passing of those who can remember.

When I see a family that isn't linked together I will link them because I have found info and can do so. I think it is important for the future generations to have free and easy access to their history. Find A Grave has been extremely helpful in my search. My mom was very active in genealogy and I am thankful for the records she left. I only wish she could have had the resources that are available now.

There is an old saying that you really die twice- once when you stop breathing and twice when they stop saying your name. So sad when I try to find info on relative and they say ' Who?'.....I will keep trying.

I try to find at least 3 or more sources for information before I create a page or do a link to families. I am extremely grateful to family, USGENWEB, and familysearch.org and various county genealogy pages for providing information.
