Bio

I started coming to findagrave.com as a tool to locate those that have passed that meant a lot to me growing up. Once I realized records were added by contributors, and that many of my relatives were not on here, I decided to become a volunteer so I could add graves for those seeking. This is also a very nice lineage tracking site if relations are linked correctly.

My photo's are NOT for distribution. Please ask as most decorations displayed in my photographs are handcrafted by me.

I'm not a genealogist. The furthest that goes for me is an ancestry site and my journey on there has been very difficult since my Grandfathers last name and most relatives first names with it were very common to where if I have a lead on a cemetery and call the cemetery, more times than none they have a lot of people with the same names, similar DOB's and DOD's which makes it even more difficult going back in time. With that said, I am 100% confident that a memorial I've added is correct as I'm starting with those that my mother and I know to be correct through the living.

This has given me a whole new sense and meaning. I no longer see death as an end with long periods of grief. I'm all for pre-planning. I love going out and decorating...CELEBRATING their life. You know, I put stakes so well into the ground I can't get them out if I don't have a hammer and/or pliers. The last time I visited my Grandfather and couldn't get the stake out that was used for his Christmas candle I could picture him saying, "Just pull it. pull it! Harder. Brianna. Yeesh!." all the while pointing and laughing at me while I stood there saying, "I'm so sorry Grandpa." I continue to make memories with my loved ones that have passed and along the way I'm now starting to build memories with those I've never met. I find it to be a very beautiful thing.

If I have one of your direct decedents memorials and would like it transferred please E-MAIL me, kindly. If they are located in one of my virtual cemeteries, they are either one of my ancestors or an ancestor of a loved one who requested I add the record so the possibility of a transfer is slim if I'm maintaining the care on-site.
