nancy, very nice that you created info on louise. Don't know if you know but our son Mitchell passed away in June of 2013. He was 36. Thanks again for your friendship for louise. gary bales bales506@comcast.net

Reminder for Samuel Wiles
Can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker?

Forest Home Cemetery: 708-366-1900 or 773-287-0772

This cemetery will not assist photo volunteers with finding the grave's location and the Find A Grave FAQs (Help File) states it is the photo requestors job to provide this information.

Thank you! Ace

Hi! Can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.

Forest Home is a huge cemetery with well over 70,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there. I go here regularly, and since August I have found over 150 graves that had the location information provided. Thank you! Ace

Winn Family in Winn Cemetery in Macon, MO
I have transferred several memorials to you that are in this cemetery as I thought perhaps you may somehow be related since you had created other memorials there for this family. These memorials were transferred to me by the contributor after I made an edit suggestion. They are no way directly related to me.

George Gray photo
Hi Nancy, Could you please edit the caption to the photo you uploaded of George Gray?
The man in uniform is not Geo's grandson, as stated, but his nephew, William E. "Bill" Holman, son of Linda G. Urgos and George Holman.
Bill later became a firefighter (I have a great portrait of him in his "gear,", with hose), but I now think the uniform he's wearing is not his "dress" umiform from the firehouse, but his service uniform during WWII.
Though you transferred George Gray's memorial to me, I am unable to change the caption of the photo you uploaded, so if you could please change "grandson" to "nephew" it would most appreciated!
Thank you!

Geo. Gray photo
The man in uniform with George Gray is not his grandson; it's Bill, the husband of Val (?), the daughter of one of the sisters of George's wife Lillian. Bill was a firefighter, and he's probably wearing his dress uniform from the fire department in that picture. The only grandsons of George Gray are myself and my brother, and George and Lillian only had one child, my mother. Thanks...

Additionally, I'm pretty sure Emil is buried in the same plot as Elizabeth, at Glen Oak Cemetery on Roosevelt Rd. In Westchester, IL.

Best to all...
