Imohl Ilene Hadlock, 96 of Cherokee, died at 12:18 p.m. Monday December 3, 2012 at her home in Cherokee.

She was born August 30, 1916 in Ridgeway, MO the daughter of Lloyd Lee and Alma Mildred (Constable) Craig. She and Don moved to Cherokee in 1980 from Kansas City, MO.

Imohl married Don Hadlock on January 11, 1947 in Newton, KS; he preceded her in death on September 22, 2012.

She was currently a homemaker but while living in Kansas City she was a cook for Truman Elementary School.

Imohl was a member of the St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Pittsburg the Cherokee United Methodist Church, the Cherokee Ruitan, The Order of the Eastern Star and the United Methodist Women.

Survivors include 2 sons Noel C. Rakestraw and wife Janice of Cherokee; David L. Hadlock and wife Carol of Lee's Summit, MO; 7 Grandchildren, 18 Great-grandchildren and 4 Great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a
daughter Donna Ilene Hadlock and a brother Kenneth L. Craig.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday December 8, 2012 at the Cherokee United Methodist Church with Father Bill Wolff officiating.

Inurnment will be at a later date in the Hosey Hill Cemetery in Weir.

The Order of the Eastern Star will conduct rites on Saturday 1 p.m. at the church prior to the memorial service.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Cherokee
United Methodist Church or the St. Peter's Episcopal Church.
