Ex-Police sergeant J. Frederick Sinskey, of the eastern police district, died yesterday at his residence, 19 South Ann street, in his 48th year. He had been on the police force for 15 years, but was compelled to resign about a year ago on account of ill-health. He leaves a wife and several children, one of whom is a teacher in public school No. 25.
