Born Margaret Ann Gold, she was one of the two children of Jefferson and Maude Gold. She resided briefly in Los Angeles, California and graduated from Beverly Hills High School. She married John Buish in 1940, and the family moved to Houston Texas in the mid 1940's. Their marriage produced three children. Margaret now rests alongside her husband in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
