Rodeo Cowboy. Born in Wheatland, Wyoming, he was a legendary rodeo figure in a career spanned from 1937 to 1974. Nicknamed "Freckles", he is best known as a bull rider and was the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association World Champion Bull Rider in 1962. He was inducted into the PRCA Hall of Fame for Bull Riding in 1979.
