Jeremy John Warren, 33, Cheryl Faith (Hay) Warren, 28, Isaac William Warren, 4, and Elaina Faith Warren went to be with God at their home from injuries sustained during a tornado at Degonia Springs.

Jeremy and Cheryl were married August 10, 1996.

Cheryl was born in Evansville, Ind. She was a 1995 graduate of Tecumseh High School and USI in 1997. Cheryl worked for Drs. Jeffery and Philip Kolb as a dental assistant for six years. She was a Sunday school teacher at Mount Olive General Baptist Church and a member of Heritage Baptist Church. Cheryl was a ten-year member of the Warrick County 4-H. She loved being with her family.

Cheryl is survived by her mother, Marsha Tweedy and her husband, John of Chandler, Ind.; father, Lindall Lee Hay and his wife, Vicky, of Chandler, Ind.; two sisters, Angie Sandage and her husband, Mark, of Boonville, Ind., and Becky Hay of Evansville, Ind.; four stepbrothers, Jason Newman and his wife, Tina, of Chandler, Jeremy Ellis of Chandler, Justin Ellis of Chandler and Michael Tweedy of St. Charles, Mo.; one stepsister, Jackie Armes and her husband, Ryan, of Richlands, N.C.; nieces and nephews of Jeremy and Cheryl, Faith Small, Luke and Seth Pigman, Jacob and Jarrett Sandage, Ricky Newman and Spencer Ellis.
