I will always remember her as the grandma who sat with me in the early mornings making tea and eggs and writing stories together, several which she attempted to have published, and was working on a publishing deal for her book "Sew Sew the Thimble" at the time of her death.I can not begin to express the devestation her loss brought to my life. She died far too young from the sudden onset of Uterine Cancer. It was a brief 4 months from diagnosis until her death.
She was my grandma, my mother, and my kindered spirit. My favorite story as a little girl was about how there were little fairies living in her English rose garden in the backyard, and the way she told the story even a grown adult would have believed her. She had such a magical and wonderful spirit. She sat with me through my many hospital stays as a little girl.We had such a special bond. There are literally not enough words to say what a wonderful soul my grandma was, and my only consolation in her loss is that she's up there taking care of her great-granbabies Angel&Devan
