Services for Clarence A. McClaughry,84, Rt.2,Derby, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Quiring Motuary. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery. He died Monday.
He was born Aug. 24, 1879,at Girard, Kan. He was a retired farmer and dairyman and had lived on his farm near Derby 32 years.
He was a member of Derby First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include the widow, Edith M; three daughters Mayme Rasmussen,Harrison Ark.,Mrs. Phyllis Franklin,Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Lilly Howland, Iola, Kan.; three sons, Ben, Castle Rock., Colo., Arthur D., 5700 S.Seneca, Wichita Kan.,and Harry ,Rich Hill Mo.:two stepsons Earl Spear, Fall River ,Kan.,and Charles Hartley, 805 E. 57th S; a brother O.G.,Salem, Ore. 31 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
