He is survived by his wife, Cassie, daughter Meghan, and son Brodie, his parents, Joyce Flanigan of Milan; and William Thomas Flanigan of Indianapolis, IN; three sisters and one brother. He is survived by his wife, Cassie; daughter Meghan and son Brodie. He also leaves his mother, Joyce Flanigan; his father, William Thomas Flanigan; three sisters, Scarlet Fleming, Deborah Albert, and Bette Jo Colson, a brother Sean and his father-in-law, Jerry Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Suzanne Wheeler, in August of 2005. He was 37.
