Thomas Withers “T.W.” Chinn (1791-1852)

US Congressman. Elected to represent Louisiana's 2nd District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1839 to 1841. There is a cenotaph for him at Magnolia Cemetery, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
