War Criminal. As commander of the Jasenova Concentration Camp in the Nazi puppet government of Croatia, he was responsible for the murder of as many as 600,000 civilians. After the war he emigrated to Argentina where he was eventually arrested. He was extradited to Coatia where he was tried and convicted on war crimes charges. He was sentenced to 20 years in jail. He died while serving this sentence.
