Professional Race Car Driver. During his career on the NASCAR Circuit, McQuagg participated in 62 races and had 21 top 10 finishes. He was the winner of the 1966 Firecracker 400 and was named NASCAR Rookie of the Year in 1965. He was inducted into the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame Association. After retiring as a race car driver, he became a pilot. He died from cancer.
