British Royalty. Known as Duc D'Albany. Son of Queen Victoria of England. Prince Leopold was a member of the British Royal Family, a son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Leopold was later created the Duke of Albany, Earl of Clarence and Baron Arklow. He was diagnosed with hemophilia as a baby, which led to his death as an adult.
