Juanita moved from Jefferson City to Springfield, Missouri when she was a teenager, and she graduated from high school there. She later graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Library Science.
Juanita married Dr. William B. Anderson on May 26, 1935. One daughter was born to this union. They moved to Mtn. Grove in January of 1936, and she was the high school librarian for twenty-one years. After their retirement, Dr. and Mrs. Anderson wintered in Florida for twenty-six years.
Juanita was converted and baptized at a young age, and was a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Mtn. Grove. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.
Juanita kept herself busy with art and craft projects and she also enjoyed word puzzle games.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dr. W. B. Anderson of Mtn. Grove; her daughter, Linda Ann Morgan of Ormond Beach, Florida; three sisters, Maybelle Owen of Willard, Missouri, Lorraine Wormmeester of Caledonia, Michigan, and Barbara Dixon of Kirbyville, Missouri; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; other relatives and many friends.
