2. Lewis Johnson (1885-1920).
3. [Self] Minnie [May] Edith (Johnson) Warner (1886-1985).
4. Ora Otis Johnson (1891-1983).
Minnie married John Calvin Warner at the home of her parents in Podunk, Leroy twp., Ingham, MI, on August 17, 1904. For their honeymoon trip, they traveled to New York to visit Minnie's Moseley and Johnson families.
4 WARNER children:
1. Fred Everett Warner (1905-1988).
2. Roy Edwin Warner (1909-1984).
3. Russell Lewis Warner (1912-1980).
4. Irma Ione (Warner) Pollok (1916-1992).
In about 1915, John and Minnie purchased recreational property "up north" near East Tawas City, Isoco, MI, on Indian Lake, and many wonderful memories of family get-togethers and over-nights were shared. Fishing, boating, nature hikes, blueberry picking, hunting---all the good wholesome times that any family could ask for---which lasted for 3 generations.
Minnie was an excellent cook, and while grandchildren and the older family members were fishing and bringing in the catch, she would fry fish with nary a grumble. One of her specialties was frying doughnuts, a real treat. She never complained about the loads of laundry or the mountains of sand and pine needles tracked into her Indian Lake home.
