Beloved husband, son, and father who died in an automobile accident coming home from work.

Brother of Deanna Regina Kelly Ray and Stephen Woodrow Kelly; the son of Harold Woodrow Kelly and Mildred Estelle Garrett Kelly, he had been born at St. Lukes Hospital in the native city of both parents, Jacksonville FL, on March 8, 1952.

After his family moved from Jacksonville, Ronald played little league ball at Clyattville Elementary School in Valdosta, GA from 1964-67; and, later attended Lowndes High School, also in Valdosta, where he graduated June 5, 1971. From there he attended Valdosta Technical School where he graduated March 17, 1976.

Moving to Atlanta, Ronald worked for Scientific Atlanta from March 21, 1976 until the time of his death at which time he was Departmental Supervisor.

Baptised at the First Baptist Church of Valdosta in April of 1964, Ronald was killed in an automobile accident 1/4 mile from home on the Auburn County Line Road July 28, 1994.

Married to Cynthia Kay Mathies on July 12, 1981. They had three children: Matthew Benjamin, Christopher Harold, and Jessica Marie.
