Frank N. Gadd was born 30 March 1949 at Talcott, Summers County, W.Va., a son of Noah Levi Gadd Sr. and wife Beatrice Gore Gadd.

Frank, 17, died on 13 March 1967 in Fairfax, Va., of a gunshot wound. Frank's roommate accidentally discharged a sawed-off shotgun and killed Frank. Confirmed by a witness. (Northern Virginia Sun, Wed., 15 March 1967, Page 2.)

Services were held in the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlor in Hinton, W.Va. According to a family member, he was buried in Athens Cemetery, Athens, W.Va., but was reinterred in Resthaven Cemetery in Princeton, W.Va.
