Rock Musician. He was the drummer and co-founder of the rock band "Styx", which he started with his twin brother, bassist Chuck Panozzo. He played in the band from 1972 to until their break up in 1984, then from their reunion in 1990 until he died from cirrhosis of the liver in 1996. He played on their first eleven studio albums, including triple-platinum selling foursome of "The Grand Illusion" (1977), "Pieces of Eight" (1978), "Cornerstone" (1979) and "Paradise Theatre" (1981), as well as 1983's platinum selling concept album "Kilroy Was Here". His drumming is heard on the band's Top 40 Chart hits "Come Sail Away", "The Best of Times", "Babe", "Too Much Time on My Hands", "Lady" and "Mr. Roboto".
