John Billy Mdison (J.B.) was born in Casa, Ark. to the late William Oscar aka (Bill Jack) and Addie Madison. Preceding him in death were two brothers, George Will Madison of Arkansas and Buck Madison of Missouri. Survivors include; one daughter, Candaaes Lorraine of Scottsville KY, 1 grandaughter Crystal, two sisters, Ellen Leslie of Hayti MO, Wanda Apple of Dardanelle, Ar., one brother, Jack Madison of Russellville, Ar. and a host of nieces and nephews.

Died from Heart Attack
