Actress. Born in Galveston, Texas, she was a Broadway theater performer when she began her motion picture career appearing in "Kindling" (1915). Among her many film credits are "The Trail of The Lonesome Pine" (1916), "Sloth" (1917), "Men" (1918), "The Midnight Girl" (1925), "The Clown" (1927), "Hotel Variety" (1933) and "Scattergood Meets Broadway" (1941). She was also the mother of actress Sara Haden.
