Pauline E. Klingler of Tustin, Michigan, entered eternal life on Monday, August 01, 2011 at Belle Oakes Living Center in Lake City, Michigan. She was 96 years old.
Pauline was born on August 21, 1914 in Tustin to Victor E. & Esther P. (Nelson) Lindberg. She married Roy George Klingler in Tustin and he preceded her in death in October of 1981.
Pauline had lived for many years in the Waterford, Michigan, area and moved back to the Cadillac area in 1995. She was a resident at Harborview for several years. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards (Skip Bo), and loved to take care of children. She was known as Aunt Pauline to many. She was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church in Tustin.
Survivors include her children: George (Sue) Klingler of Tustin and Marilyn (Richard) Sheldon of Valparaiso, Indiana; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her sister, Josephine Johnson.
Visitation: Wednesday August 3, 2011 from 6-8 PM at the Peterson Funeral Home in Cadillac.
Funeral Service: Thursday, August 4, 2011 at 12 noon at Augustana Lutheran Church in Tustin with Pastor Michael Holman, S.A.M. officiating.
Burial: Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston, Michigan
