Professional Hockey Player. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played the position of Right Wing for teams in the National Hockey League (NHL), American Hockey League (AHL), American Hockey Association (AHA), and the Western Hockey League (WHL). Mosienko played for the Kansas City Americans from 1940 to 1941, 1941 to 1942, Providence Reds from 1940 to 1941, Chicago Blackhawks from 1941 to 1955, and Winnipeg Warriors from 1955 to 1959. He was also the NHL All-Star Second Team Right Wing from 1944 to 1946, winner of the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy from 1944 to 1945, and NHL All-Star Roster in 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1952, and 1953. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1965.
