Mary C. Bieler, Age 90, of Brookville, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at Brookhaven Retirement Community following an extended illness.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Dale, by a son, Terry Bieler, by her parents, Ray & Ruth Mathias, by a sister, Joan Waggoner & brothers, Dwayne & Nolan Mathias.

She was a member of the American Legion Post #289 Auxiliary. Mary is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Beverly & William Novak; daughter-in-law, Beverly Bieler; grandchildren, Mark Novak, Brenda (Mark) Forrest, Holly McKenzie, Chris Bieler & Karen (Frank) Rabinovitch; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Sean, Greydon, Gabe, Casey, Matthew & Shannon; brother, Don Mathias; sister, Charlene Acton; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Mathias; brothers-in-law, Dave Waggoner & Lester Schlosser and numerous nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday May 9 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE with Pastor Hal Copley officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville. Visitation at the funeral home 6-8 PM Tuesday.
