Professional Football Player. Offensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns in 1953, he quit football to pursue a military career in the US Air Force. He was killed in action when his plane was shot down in Vietnam. He is memorialized on the Vietnam Veterans Wall Panel 23E, Line 96.
